Pelerin Privacy Policy

We may process account information such as your email address, authentication state, and Customer Code. We may process device and app information such as platform, app version, operating system version, device-login status, and diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable. If you add or connect media sources, we may process the source configuration needed to let the app load your channels and catalog.

We use this information to provide login, device approval, source access, playback authorization, account support, abuse prevention, service reliability, analytics, and product improvement. We do not use source credentials or playlist details for advertising.

If you contact support, we process the information you provide so we can respond to your request. Do not include playlist passwords, provider credentials, or other sensitive secrets in support messages.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Pelerin.

You can contact support@pelerin.app to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
