Terms of Service

Pelerin is a video player and account service. You add your own media sources, or sources from a provider you have an agreement with.

Pelerin does not sell, provide or license any channels, films or other content. You are responsible for only adding sources you are legally allowed to use.

Creating a Pelerin account is free. Keep access to your email address safe, because it is how you sign in. One account is for one person and the devices you use.

Premium unlocks Pelerin's Premium features on every device signed in with your account. Premium covers app features only, never content.

Each account can use one free Premium trial. It starts the first time you play something in a Pelerin app, needs no card, and ends automatically.

If you buy Premium during the trial, your paid plan starts right away. Access from different purchases or channels is never added together.

Premium is sold as a monthly or a yearly plan. The price, currency and any discount are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies.

Payments on pelerin.app are processed by Stripe. Purchases in the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the plan price is charged to your saved payment method, until you cancel.

If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Bought on pelerin.app: sign in at pelerin.app, open My account and choose Manage plan, or go to Billing.
• Bought in the App Store: cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings.
• Or email support@pelerin.app from the email address of your account.

Refunds, payment disputes and the right of withdrawal are described in the Refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

Do not use Pelerin to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to share your account with others, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms. If a change matters for your plan, we will tell you in advance. Questions: support@pelerin.app.
